RISE Minimind TERMS OF USE
INTRODUCTION
RISE Minimind ("Program") is a hybrid group coaching experience offered by Tatiana Skomski, doing business as Blumewell Co. LLC ("Company"). This 4-month Program includes access to curated educational modules, two live group coaching calls per month, a private Slack community for group support, and—if eligibility requirements are met—four private 1:1 coaching calls with Tati and access to an in-person retreat. By purchasing the Program, you agree to the following Terms of Use, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Company.
SCOPE AND TERM
Your purchase of the Program grants you:
Four (4) months of access to the Program


Two (2) monthly group coaching calls on Zoom


A private Slack community for support


Access to pre-recorded modules released throughout the Program


If qualified: Four (4) 1:1 coaching calls with Tati and access to an in-person retreat


Program length is four months from the start date confirmed by Company.
ACCESS TO MODULES
You will receive access to Program modules via the Company’s course platform as they are released. Your access will continue for the duration of the Program and may be extended at Company’s discretion.
GROUP CALLS
You will receive two (2) group calls per month hosted on Zoom. Company will notify you of call dates and times. Replays will be available inside the Program portal.
SLACK COMMUNITY
Your purchase includes access to a private Slack channel for community and coaching support during the Program. The Slack space is group-based and does not include private coaching unless otherwise specified.
1:1 COACHING + RETREAT (IF QUALIFIED)
If you qualify based on your tier or selection, you will receive:
Four (4) private 1:1 coaching calls with Tati


Access to one (1) in-person retreat during the Program term


It is your responsibility to schedule all 1:1 calls during the 4-month Program.
PAYMENT
Program investment options:
Tier 1: $2,000 USD (group program access)


Tier 2: $5,000 USD (includes group program, 1:1 calls, and retreat access if eligible)


Payment plans are available. Your payment method will be charged either in full or in accordance with the payment plan you selected at checkout.
Transactions are conducted through secure third-party processors. All payments are final and non-refundable.
LATE PAYMENTS & ACCESS
If your payment method fails, you have 3 business days to remit payment. After that, a late fee of 5% per day may apply for up to 10 days. After 10 days of non-payment, Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Program without refund. You are still liable for any remaining balance.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. You are responsible for the full payment of the Program regardless of your participation.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
You may be required to create an account to access the course platform. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing access or breaching these terms may result in account termination without refund.
USE OF PROGRAM MATERIALS
Program materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent from Company.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not to disclose any shared personal or proprietary information outside the group context.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
You agree not to publicly or privately make any disparaging or defamatory remarks about the Company, Program, or participants.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are the property of Company and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You receive a non-transferable, single-user license to access the materials.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
Program may include links to or references to third-party content, including external websites, videos, tools, or other resources. These third-party links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute endorsement or control by the Company. You acknowledge that third-party content is governed by its own terms and conditions and Company is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or legality.
ERRORS, OMISSIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND DISCONTINUATIONS
Company makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any Program details. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify Program content, adjust pricing, or discontinue elements of the Program at any time without prior notice. If modifications materially affect your experience, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate these updates.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
Company is based in San Diego County, California, United States. While the Program may be accessed internationally, we make no representation that materials or content are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the U.S. If you access the Program from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
DISCLAIMER
Program is for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed. Company is not liable for any decisions made based on the content within the Program. Participation in the Program does not constitute a professional-client relationship.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company is not responsible for any damages or outcomes resulting from participation in the Program. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in the Program or breach of these terms.
TERMINATION
Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program if you breach any terms. No refunds will be issued and outstanding balances remain due.
You understand and agree that early departure or failure to complete the Program does not release you from financial responsibility for the full Program fee. No refunds or prorated returns will be issued.
Company also reserves the right to cancel the Program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may receive a prorated refund based on services rendered.
TESTIMONIAL RELEASE
You grant Company the right to use any testimonials or feedback you provide in its marketing, including online and offline platforms.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of San Diego County, California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in this jurisdiction.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
